Why This Bookings & Cancellation Policy Exists

I understand that life is unpredictable. However, last-minute cancellations make it impossible to rebook your slot, resulting in a direct loss of income.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Why No 100% Refund?

Short-notice cancellations (less than 72 hours) do not allow me to fill your slot with another client. I have usually turned away other women to hold that time for you.

Unlike a spa with a waiting list, I am a sole practitioner providing discreet massage for women in Cape Town. When a booking is cancelled at the last minute, I lose that income entirely.

This policy protects me from financial loss and ensures that I can continue offering the high-quality, focused, unrushed sessions that my clients deserve.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking request.

• If you reschedule with more than 72 hours’ notice, 50% of your original payment can be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability.

• If you reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, your original payment is forfeited, and a new booking will require a fresh payment.

No-Show Policy

What Constitutes a No-Show?

If you are not present at the agreed location (your hotel, Airbnb, or private home) within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not contacted me, the booking is considered a no-show.

No-Show Consequence

No-shows receive no refund under any circumstances. I will wait for 30 minutes. After that, I will leave. The session cannot be rescheduled without a new booking and new payment.

This policy applies equally to Sensual Massage Cape Town, Erotic Massage Cape Town, Tantric Massage Cape Town, Yoni Massage Cape Town, Body2Body Massage Cape Town, and all other services offered through Sinfully Sensual Massage Cape Town.

Exceptions

I do not offer exceptions to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Last-minute travel changes

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Illness

• Family emergencies

• Changes of heart

• Weather or traffic

This policy applies equally to all clients, whether locals or international visitors.

Agreement

By booking a session with Sinfully Sensual Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Bookings & Cancellation Policy.

I take my commitment to you seriously. I ask that you take your commitment to yourself & me equally seriously.
